After failing repeatedly to get Defy Pain from Ohrbit because he simply refuses to use it, I decided to try and capture another warrior skill also around the Moladune area, this time it was Martigris the Stalwart - Jade Boss found in the mission at Moladune.

I used the henchman and got to the first spawning area, with many henchmen deaths, cuz they have absolutely no protection against the Mursaat Spectral Agony. Lucky me, the boss happens to be Martigris himself or itself. Managed to isolate him and pounded him.

As everyone knows by now, capturing many Warrior skills involves a lot of spamming of Signet of Capture cuz often they don't even show on the life bar of the boss. So suddenly I got Devastating Hammer being captured but because I was spamming, the capture got cancelled and it has a pretty long cool down. Really, Arena.net should only allow cancellation by using the esc key. All other skills work this way except Signet of Capture....I wonder why. This is poor design imo.

So I attempted to capture again but never succeeded. Cuz by then, the henchmen had reduced him to pulp.

Decided to try again, this time I couldn't isolate him and failed as the henchmen died quickly when faced with a few mursaat + boss.

After this, I repeatedly redid the mission and Martigris refused to spawn at that spot. I kept getting Elementalist, Necro and Mesmer bosses and once even got the Ranger boss. Think I did this about 12 times.

So someone asked for help in getting elite skills from the same boss. He was an E/Me. So we teamed up with the henchmen.

First try, Elementalist boss spawns. So he gets his elite skill.
Second try, Mesmer boss spawns. And he gets his elite skill.
Then he says, thanks for the group...bye...

Sorry had to vent...
